Step 1: Getting Notified of New Reviews

When a new Google or Facebook review is posted, you will receive a notification by email (if enabled) or as an in-app notification on the desktop dashboard or Lead Connector mobile app.

The alert will only notify you of a new review. The AI reply is not included in the notification.

Step 2: Viewing the AI Suggested Response

Log in to your Go High Level account.

Go to Reputation > Reviews.

Find the new review that triggered the alert.

An AI Suggested Response will be displayed beneath the review.

Step 3: What to Expect from the Suggested Response

The AI response will:

  • Be written in a friendly and grateful tone.

  • Contain no more than five sentences.

  • Directly address the review without asking questions.

  • Exclude salutations such as “Sincerely” or “Best regards.”

  • Currently, suggestions are only provided for 5-star reviews.

Example of a suggestion:

“Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot to our team and encourage us to continue providing great service.”

Step 4: Approve, Edit, or Post the Response

After reviewing the suggested reply, you can:

  • Approve and post it directly.

  • Edit the text before posting if you want to personalize the response.

  • Replace it with your own custom reply.

Once you post, the response will appear publicly on Google or Facebook under the review.

Summary
